Rocket Science and Fascists
Like Drinking and Driving, don't mix
Just a reminder that in 1935, Germany had the most advanced concentration of rocket scientists in the world.
- (A quick note to Florida and Texas: there was something in the 20th century called "World War II". A fascist regime in Germany, led by a genocidal madman attacked neighboring countries and attempted to dominate the world.)
Now, continuing or awarding massive U.S. Government contracts to "SpaceX", when their CEO is an avowed fascist sympathizer makes the United States less secure and jeopardizes the entire world.
Not long ago, as a nation we could look to the skies and witness NASA Mercury and Apollo missions, the Space Shuttle missions, and even a symbol of planetary cooperation, the International Space Station. NASA and the U.S. Space program has inspired and launched children on academic journeys toward mathematics, physics and astrophysics, astronomy, and other scientific research.
Now we look to the skies and see billionaires playing with rockets, beneficiaries of multiple generations of Reagan/Bush/Trump tax giveaways and loopholes for the wealthy.
Speaking of taxes and the criminal-elect, how many can remember the fact that most teachers, nurses, police officers, and first responders paid far more in tax than Trump?
It doesn't matter to me if you are a Republican, a Democrat, an Independent, or a non-affiliated voter. If you have one iota of care about the security of the United States, any individual who embraces the plans of fascists should not be anywhere near top secret intelligence information or information relating to advanced technology.
